Cha-Cha now yall

The Cha-Cha slide is a fun and simple way to dance and bond with your loved ones. Besides being a blast to perform with your friends, it is also a great cardiovascular workout. It is very common for people to "cha cha" at family reunions, weddings and sport events.

The Cha-Cha slide is a song with an upbeat tempo that instructs you on how to dance and how to move. This DJ Casper song was already popular in 2002, when Martin Lawrence mocked it in his stand-up special Runteldat. Everyone should learn the steps to the Cha-Cha Slide. Some of the steps include: sliding, clappping, stomping, hopping, limboing and freezing (standing still). If your going to attempt the Cha-Cha be sure to make room for lots of movement. Stand in line and show off your moves.

  2. I definitely remember doing this dance in elementary school and at family weddings! The simplest steps and very fun to do. I think I might teach my daughter how to do this she would love it.

  3. Truth be told, its funnier watching people do the cha cha slide. Theres always a few people that have no idea whats going on. They're always a step behind. This dance is definitly one that gets the party going no matter where it is. Including the senior home haha. However, this song has gone under, i havent heard or seen anyone dancing to it for a while. DJ casper really needs to make a second edition to this song.

  4. I personally think a wedding reception isn't complete without doing the Cha Cha Slide. It is a fun dance that everyone can do the moves to and not feel out of place because everyone is just having a good time. I know the last couple weddings I have been to the DJ played this song and the majority of the guests ran to the dance floor and started clapping their hands with the song. It is a great way to bring people to the dance floor and begin a night of dancing and fun for everyone!
