Over the years, the packaging and design for the Teddy Grahams boxes has changed drastically. “They were introduced in 1988 with two different shapes. The first bear shape has arms up and legs closed and the second shape has legs open and arms closed “ (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Teddy Grahams).
The original packaging had an army of Teddy Grahams coming out of what looks like a wall. The bears are close to the actual size of the snack. The packaging in 2003 added a cartoon bear to the front of the box. The packaging after that got rid of the “army” of bears and there are two bears that are coming out of the side of cartoon bear. The 2012 packaging added a shirt to the cartoon bear. It seems weird that the cartoon bear still isn’t wearing pants. Do you think that the next design that Nabisco comes up with will have pants or how do you think that the design of the box will change?
It also seems weird that on the Nutritional Label of the box that was designed in 2012, there includes a separate serving size and servings per container for children that are under the age of four. Of course their recommended serving size is smaller which means there are more servings per box because younger children usually eat less then an adult or older child would eat.
Teddy Grahams are a great snack to eat any time of the day. The best flavor by far I think is cinnamon because it tastes like a Graham Cracker which is also made by Nabisco.
I love the chocolate teddy grahams...they are so addicting and yummy! That's the bad thing though, as you could easily eat the whole box. I usually buy the ones that are already in small bags so that i don't over eat them. Sometimes I think that all foods should be placed in little serving size baggies so that we don't over eat everything. We all know that over eating our favorite chips or cookies is very easy to do.
ReplyDeleteI think Nabisco has great cookies. I love Teddy Grahams and I agree with Tiffany it is better to buy the small baggies because they are so addicting that you could easily over eat them. I always do.
